Wheel Brake Cylinder
When you want your car to slow down or stop, you need to take the brake operation. At this point, you need to step down your brake pedal.
In brake systems, the operated devices are cylinders inside of brake calipers or drum brakes.
When the brake pedal is depressed, the master cylinder converts the mechanical force from the brake pedal into hydraulic pressure. The piston of master cylinder moves forward and pushes the brake fluid into the slave cylinder. The fluid presses against the pistons that move outward in the cylinder, and they push the brake pads towards a surface that rotates with the wheel until the stationary brake pads create friction against that rotating surface.

Wheel cylinder is also named wheel brake cylinder or brake slave cylinder, which is consisting of a cylinder,a simple plunger, two pistons, two rubber cups and a spring. It is normally inexpensive and relatively easy to replace, but a important componet used in a hydraulic drum brake system.Wheel brake cylinder is installed in each wheel of the vehicle connects the brake shoe. When brake pressure is applied, the pistons are forced out pushing the shoes into contact with the drum to slow down or stop the vehicle with friction. Wheel cylinders must be replaced if they show signs of leaking.
AiX provide you with more than 300 items of wheel brake cylinder, It is made of cast iron or aluminum under the highest OE standards.
